A pair of Sea Isle City bayfront townhouses that sold for $3.6 million in June has returned as a $7.418 million redevelopment project.
The East residence at 352 46th Place is asking $3.719 million. The West residence is listed for $3.699 million.
Both hit the market July 28, just 56 days after the previous residences sold for $1.8 million each.
The existing townhouses were built in 2003. Each offered four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and approximately 1,715 square feet.

The new plans call for two four-story residences with five bedrooms and 4.5 baths each.
Online listing feeds advertise approximately 3,000 square feet per side, although the MLS describes the dimensions and floor plans as preliminary.
Those plans describe expanding the pair from approximately 3,430 to 6,000 combined square feet — a 75% increase.
The combined asking price stands $3.818 million above the June sale total, an increase of approximately 106%.
The previous residences sold for approximately $1,050 per square foot. The proposed replacements are asking an average of approximately $1,236 per square foot, about 18% more.
Plans include ground-level garages opening toward the bay, elevators serving every floor and multiple private decks.
Each residence would also receive a private dock, floating dock and dedicated boat slip.
