Four Sea Isle City townhouses carrying a combined $7.8 million in asking prices went under contract at a quick clip to close out July.
The activity reached from 44th Street to Townsend Inlet. Each property found a buyer within 21 days. Three needed eight days or fewer.
The run began with on 44th Street. The four-bedroom, three-bath townhouse entered the market at $2.2 million and went under contract July 22 without accumulating a full day on the market.

One day later, two residences on the same 78th Street block found buyers.
A unit at 117 W. 78th Street went under contract after eight days. The four-bedroom, three-bath townhouse carried a $1.779 million asking price.
At 125 78th Street, the second-floor residence entered a contract after 21 days. The five-bedroom, three-bath unit was offered for $1.729 million.
Together, the two 78th Street properties accounted for $3.508 million in asking volume.
The final contract came July 28 at 4808 Pleasure Avenue. The four-bedroom townhouse, which includes three full bathrooms and one partial bathroom, found a buyer after eight days at a $2,099,900 asking price.
The four properties averaged just under $1.952 million. None remained available longer than three weeks.
