The highest ask belongs to an oceanfront townhouse at 10 56th Street South, listed for $2,999,999.

A home at 107 83rd Street East follows at $2,399,990.

The other four listings sit within $30,000 of one another: 7701 Landis Avenue and 5608 Landis Avenue at $1,699,000 each; Unit 201 at 3914 Pleasure Avenue at $1,700,000; and Unit 301 at 33 42nd Street at $1,729,000.

That gives buyers four new choices around $1.7 million as Sea Isle moves into the fall market.

The $12.2 million total represents asking prices, not sales.
