Sea Isle City has plenty of homes for sale. Relatively few come without a shared wall.

Detached single-family homes account for just 14.2% of the city’s housing stock, according to Sea Isle’s 2026 housing plan.

About 40 properties are currently listed for sale, according to Realtor.com.

Just seven are classified as single-family homes — and three are already pending.

The remaining inventory skews heavily toward townhouses and condos, the housing types that have come to define much of Sea Isle’s redevelopment.

The price of going it alone is substantial.

New single-family construction on 89th Street is asking $3.995 million, while another new house on 85th Street is listed just shy of $4 million.
