Original, data-driven intelligence for the South Jersey Shore market, delivered free.
Ironside Shore Wire had previously flagged the property for its unusual combination of size and price: about $1,546 per square foot for one of the smallest homes on the market.

Built in 1985, the cottage sits near the Townsends Inlet Yacht Club and includes a deck, fenced yard, outside shower and storage.
The listing also notes recent upgrades, including new plumbing beneath the cottage, updated electrical wiring and lighting, new air conditioning and fresh paint.
The contract is scheduled to close Nov. 5.
The three-day turn adds the next chapter: A property that stood out for its tiny footprint and outsized price found a buyer almost immediately.
