Avalon Home Returns With a Fresh DOM Clock — and a Higher Price

After more than 200 days on the market at $5.9 million, new construction on 15th Street was withdrawn and quickly relisted at $6.25 million.

An Avalon new-construction home is back on the market with a new MLS number and a higher asking price.

40 W. 15th Street had been listed at $5.995 million under MLS 260057.

That listing reached 208 days on market before it was withdrawn.

The home returned under MLS 262183 at $6.25 million with the same Ferguson-Dechert Real Estate representation.

That’s $255,000 higher, or about 4.3%.

Same house. Same brokerage. New MLS number. Higher price. Fresh clock.
