The mixed-use complex at 2108 Dune Drive entered the market in May asking for $7.499 million. Recently updated Cape May County MLS records show an anticipated closing in September.
The property occupies slightly more than half an acre at Dune Drive and 21st Street, overlooking Veterans Plaza.
It contains five commercial spaces and four residential units.
The apartments include two four-bedroom units, one three-bedroom unit and one two-bedroom unit. The listing described all nine commercial and residential spaces as leased.
Circle Pizza is among the businesses operating at the property. The restaurant traces its Avalon history to 1968.
The restaurant businesses and their equipment are excluded from the sale.
The buyer and contract price were not disclosed.
