Ocean City’s housing inventory appears to be settling into a new rhythm.
Online listings show 248 active residential listings, just below the 250-listing mark after briefly climbing above it earlier this month.
Whether that number rises or falls as summer progresses bears watching.

For now, it suggests Ocean City’s inventory has found a relatively steady footing as buyers and sellers enter the heart of the season.
If inventory continues hovering around 250 listings, it could become one of the summer market’s more useful benchmarks.
Ironside will be watching to see whether Ocean City’s inventory continues to hover around the 250-listing mark, or begins moving in either direction.
