An Ocean City beachfront home entered the market at $16.5 million, asking buyers to push the city’s single-family sale record higher by $4.1 million.
The sellers bet on bold when they listed 339 E. Atlantic Boulevard on Sept. 30. Its ask stands 33.1% above the $12.4 million record set by 80 Bay Road on July 1.
It also exceeds Seven Mile Island’s highest closing of 2026 by nearly $1.2 million. Stone Harbor’s 339 104th Street sold Sept. 10 for $15.301 million.
